... the list goes on and on. The abundance of wildlife in Africa is remarkable. Capturing it in photographs is my passion. Whether it is the large or small animals, colorful birds, or stunning landscapes, Tanzania is truly beautiful.
Photographing wildlife requires more than just an understanding of your camera and the basic principles of photography; it also requires an understanding of the animal itself. How old is a Cheetah Cub when they learn how to hunt? Where are you apt to find a Pride of Lion? What is the natural behavior of Lion Cubs while being baby-sat by their older cousin?
While you can just Google it and read up, or watch You Tube videos or follow different folks on Instagram... nothing is as good as traveling with a tour operator and tour guide that has been there numerous times and shares their knowledge. They do this because they love what they do. That would be me... I love, love, love it!
